These terms and conditions apply to purchases in the online store www.betakaryofylen.cz. The conditions further specify the rights and obligations of the seller and buyer.

Definitions
These terms and conditions are intended exclusively for the online sale of goods to consumers.
Buyer: For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the buyer is understood to be a consumer, i.e. a person who, unlike the seller, does not act within the scope of their business activity or independent exercise of their profession when concluding and fulfilling the contract.
Seller: For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the seller is understood to be an entrepreneur who, unlike the buyer, acts within the scope of their business activity or independent exercise of their profession when concluding and fulfilling the contract.

Ordering and Delivery
The purchase contract between the buyer and seller can only be concluded in the Czech language. To conclude the contract, the buyer must create an order on the seller's e-shop.
After selecting the goods on the seller's e-shop, the buyer marks the relevant goods they are interested in by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Information about the price of the goods, shipping cost, and payment method will be provided during the order creation process.
Cancellation & Withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw from the contract by any unambiguous statement made to the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The seller is obliged to return to the buyer the amount fully corresponding to the price of the goods and paid shipping costs without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
